Josh Henderson
Josh is a driven leader, dedicated father, and husband, and curently serving as the President of the Board of Directors for Sonoran Valor Respair, an organization focused on supporting and empowering combat veterans, first responders, and their families. As a disabled combat veteran with extensive experience in direct action combat, asymmetrical warfare, and battlefield medicine, Josh's journey has been defined by service, resilience, and a commitment to helping others navigate the challenges of post-service life.

Shawna Henderson
Shawna is a dedicated professional with a diverse background shaped by her service in the US Coast Guard, her role as an Army wife and mother, and her work as a case manager with the Department of Defense. Her experiences have given her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by military families and veterans, and she is committed to supporting them with compassion and care. Shawna's work as a case manager involves guiding service members and their families through complex challenges, providing essential resources and advocacy. Her resilience and dedication to service continue to inspire and support those around her.

Heath Borland
Heath served in the Army from 2003-2013, serving 3 combat tours in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. As a Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst, he served in many positions such as; Imagery Analyst, DTES NCOIC, Platoon Sergeant, TF Odin Asset Manager, and more!​
After his service, he used his educational benefits to obtain a degree in Sport Management, and found a job working in the sports industry. After a few years of working in Operations and managing projects, he went back to school to get a Masters of Science degree in Project Management from the University of Southern California, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

Jill Kerr
Jill is a Mind & Body Wellness Advocate passionate about guiding others toward healing and balance. A personal trainer and lifelong student of holistic health, she draws from her own journey through depression, addiction, and recovery—embracing sobriety and the daily choice to live fully. As a mother to an autistic child, she understands resilience on a deep level. Certified in yoga, PNF, nutrition, Sherpa breathwork and cold therapy, and Ayurveda, Jill helps others find strength, healing, and transformation through compassion and connection.

Molly Cu:k Ba'ak
​Molly, an Indigenous woman of the O’odham people of Southern Arizona, is a dedicated advocate, healer, and community leader focused on cultural preservation, wellness, and environmental sustainability. With years of experience at the Pima Maricopa Irrigation Project, she helped restore ancient Hohokam canal systems and now studies water engineering to advance sustainable resource management. A certified yoga instructor, small business owner, and mental health advocate, Molly blends her background in business administration with her passion for holistic healing and community empowerment—supporting those in recovery, reintegration, and transformation through resilience and connection.
